Planning a retreat can be overwhelming — but it doesn't have to be. Our Retreat Planner packages exist to hold the practical, so you can hold the sacred: from venue scouting and itinerary curation to bookings, vendor coordination, and local promotion.

We work with you to define your vision, meet your budget, and handle the logistics — so you can focus on showing up as your fullest, most grounded self for your guests.

Terms & Conditions

Every container needs clear ground rules to stay safe and sustainable — for you, for us, and for everyone your retreat touches. Here's what holds this agreement in place.

Service Activation
Your package officially begins once payment is received in full. No planning, support, or bookings will be provided before payment.
Package Inclusions
Each package covers planning, logistics, and coordination only. The scope, hours, and number of deliverables depend on the package booked. The cost of all booked services, venues, transport, meals, activities, and rentals is not included and will be quoted and billed separately.
Communication
All communication is held with one designated group leader or contact person. Packages with WhatsApp support offer a group thread with organizers, coordinators and facilitators; you may message anytime, but replies follow the support hours specified for your package.
Timeline & Sourcing
We recommend booking your planning call as soon as you reserve your package. Venue sourcing should begin at least 4 months before the retreat; vendor quoting at least 1 month before; external bookings (transportation, excursions, etc.) begin no earlier than 4 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Quotes take up to 2 weeks to deliver, are requested in a single round per package, and may expire or change price before booking is confirmed.
Coordination & Group Logistics
On-site support follows the hours and days specified for your package, and includes coordinating vendor arrivals, transportation, scheduled activities, and last-minute logistical needs within reason. Transportation fees may apply if the venue is outside Tulum Town. Coordination begins and ends at agreed times each day; additional hours may be requested in advance for an added fee.
Booking Services
Most external services require full payment at booking; some allow partial deposits. Payments go directly to each provider, with the exception of certain local deposits. All booked services follow their own provider's cancellation and refund policies, shared during booking.
Refunds & Cancellations
All package fees are non-refundable, even if the retreat is cancelled. Postponed retreats may transfer their package to new dates within 9 months, subject to availability and a possible $100 rescheduling fee, requested at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations of individual services are handled case-by-case, per each provider's policy.
Client Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
  • Provide timely responses and decisions. Delays may impact our ability to deliver within the agreed time frame.
  • Share accurate and updated retreat information with your group and participants.
  • Ensure that all payments for external services are made on time to secure bookings.
  • Inform us of any changes to retreat dates, group size, or logistical needs as soon as possible.
  • Treat all collaborators, vendors, and local partners with respect and professional conduct.
